(G.I.V.S.)
Vintage Wrapsody productions are both fashion shows and theatrical performances rolled into one. Each performance showcases outstanding vintage ensembles from the early 1800s through the 1900s that have been donated to Goodwill over the years.
Vintage Wrapsody is available weekdays, evenings and weekends. Weekday shows may be scheduled at Goodwill Southern California’s auditorium in Los Angeles or at a location of your choice. If scheduled here at Goodwill’s Los Angeles Campus it includes a tour of our campus to see the work of Goodwill firsthand, and a buffet lunch.
All proceeds raised through Vintage Wrapsody performances help to fund education, job training and placement programs for thousands of people with disabilities and vocational disadvantages annually by Goodwill.
The shows are produced by the all volunteer group, Goodwill Industries Volunteer Services, or (GIVS). GIVS is always looking for new volunteers, and encourages you to inquire about volunteer opportunities i.e. models (male and female), seamstresses, dressers, and production managers.
