Streamlined Employee Recruitment

Employee recruitment services are simple and free of charge.

and SkillsMatch
- Create flyers for posting on job seeker bulletin boards throughout Los
Angeles County.
- Send your job listing to more than 75 job search assistance organizations
- Send your job listing directly to qualified job seekers through our listserve
service.
- Seek out and recruit qualified applicants
- Meet with job candidates and pre-qualify individuals before they apply
with you.
- Host company orientation meetings for job candidates and/or new hires.
- Schedule applicant interviews with you or your staff at your site or ours!
Industry Specific Training
The Corporate Connection team offers customized training options to enhance general and job-specific skills or to shorten the time it takes for new employees to come “up-to-speed”. Training programs are designed with your company’s goals, objectives and budget in mind!
Business Consultation
Not sure what type of services you might need? Let the Corporate Connection team perform a quick industry needs-assessment. Assessments generally take 45-minutes to one hour interview time depending on the size of your business. Results and recommendations can be back to you within one week! Consultation and business referrals are also available for business expansion.

Office Facilities
The Corporate Connection’s Business Center is available for your use as an off-site office, to host your meetings, or to interview and recruit job applicants.
Our facilities include computers with high-speed Internet access, printers, fax machine, copy machine, television & VCR, as well as full presentation capabilities. The Business Center can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people and rooms with larger capacities are also available.
