Goodwill Southern California will
continue to be the premier workforce development resource in California for
people with disabilities or disadvantages. By the end of 2009, we will increase
our impact in the community by 50 percent by expanding the number of people we
serve to 30,000 annually. (Per Goodwill Southern California’s fourth strategic
