Where to sport it: There are many great hiking spots in SoCal that provide endless opportunity for exploring and also some exercise. Eaton Canyon (1750 N. Altadena Dr., Pasadena) is relatively easy and suitable for adventurous beginners. The hike is 3.8 miles round-trip and ends with a beautiful waterfall!
