Repair nicks and scratches easily with a fresh coat of paint. Use your imagination to transform ordinary items into garden art or home decor. If you are handy with a sewing machine, consider revamping a sweater into a throw pillow or pillow cases into decorative chair covers.

How do I find a location near me?

How do my purchases help?

Your purchases help fund a wide variety of career training and placement programs that serve those with disabilities and other barriers to employment. This includes veterans, ex-offenders, those with limited education or work experience, at risk youth, homeless individuals, and others who are at-risk or in need. No one will be turned away.

What is the Exchange Policy for your Retail stores?

It is our goal to provide value-priced, quality new and gently used items for our customers.  We hope you will be delighted with your new-found treasure, but should you need to return an item please see our Exchange Policy below:

All items (with the exception of drinks) may be exchanged at any Goodwill Southern California location within sixty (60) days of the original date of purchase, provided you have the original price tag and receipt. Items must be in original condition.  Soiled or damaged returns will not be accepted. Items will be credited at the original sales price as indicated on the receipt.  We are unable to issue vouchers, credits or store refunds. Therefore, items may only be exchanged on the day they are returned to the store.  This Exchange Policy does not apply to Outlet Store sales.  Items sold at our Outlet Stores are considered “as- is” and cannot be returned.

Can I donate items at retail stores?

Yes! All of our retail stores accept donated goods. Please see our Donation Guidelines for a list of acceptable donation items.

Can I be notified of upcoming sales?

Yes! When you sign up on our email list, you will automatically be notified of upcoming sales, store openings and more. You can also visit our Facebook, Twitter or online sales page for up-to-date information.

Are reservations required at your Outlet Stores?
