Goodwill Southern California Spring Clean Out Gift Card Giveaway– Rules and Regulations

1 Sponsor
The “Spring Clean Out Enter to Win a TV + Gift Cards Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is sponsored by [Goodwill Southern California] (“Sponsor”).
2 Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and affiliated entities are not eligible.
3 Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on May 23, 2026 and ends on May 25, 2026. (“Promotion Period”).
4 How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter the Promotion by:
A) Donation Entry:
Visit a participating Goodwill SoCal Retail Store or Donation Center location during the Promotion Period and make a qualifying donation. Upon donation, complete and submit an official entry form online.
OR
B) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
Visit a participating location and request a QR code to enter online without making a donation. Complete and submit the form during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void.
5 Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 65 inch television with an approximate retail value of $500 and Three (3) winners will receive a $100 Goodwill SoCal gift card per day. A total of 3 TV’s and 9, $100 Goodwill SoCal gift cards will be awarded during the promotion. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
6 Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing the week of May 26, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7 Prize Pickup
Winner must pick up the TV prize at the Goodwill SoCal LA Campus (342 N. San Fernando Rd., Los Angeles, 90031) within 14 days and provide valid identification. The $100 Goodwill SoCal gift cards will be sent via USPS.
8 Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9 General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors affecting the integrity of the Promotion.
10 Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release Sponsor from liability related to participation or prize acceptance/use.
11 Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California.
